This bracket is designed to bear the load of the Z gantry. Many 3d printers incorrectly let the load of the Z gantry be carried by a flex shaft coupler. This is bad practice and can cause a lot of issues in precision in the Z axis.
This was designed specifically for the Tevo Tarantula. It will work on any 2040 aluminum extrusion.
