Printrbot Play and Plus E3D Head Upgrade

Upgrades required for the Printrbot Play and Printrbot Plus to run an E3D Head, both need these spacers and modified block.

Note that the Nut hole for the adjuster is for (i think) an M5 nut, i pressed in an M5 nut and used the M3 bolt and nut that came from printrbot, i seem to have good retention.

the spacers get the head away from the plates used on the gantry.

the one spacer with the cut outs, goes in first, i recommend removing 2-3mm from the print side of the spacer that goes bet
