E3Dv6-Titan Prusa-A8 Carriage

I own an Anet A8 and purchased the Prusa i3 Upgrade Kit from the E3D website: http://e3d-online.com/Prusa-i3-Upgrade-Kit Basically it is the E3Dv6 combined with a Titan extruder and several accessories.
The existing carriage could not be easily modified to accept the kit and the 3D printed carriage that was provided did not work correctly with my Anet A8. (Distance between the two 8mm rods wasn't quite correct. It was off by 1 or 2 mm.)
I created this to use my existing 8mm bearing housings
