FABtotum toolless PCB holder

A toolless PCB holder for FABtotum hybrid bed (milling side).
Holders support small 2mm pins that are used to align the PCB top and bottom layer when milling PCB on both sides.

Only non-printed part is a M4 screw with a hex head.

To have a complete set you need:
* 2x pin_holder_right
* 2x pin_holder_left
* 4x self_locking_nut
* 4x screw_holder

When the holders are inserted make the nuts so tight that the screw needs just to me screwed half a circle so that you can easily lock/unloc
