zLead Screw Holder for Vulcanus

In the process of starting to build the Vulcanus Max based of v1 @ http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1130016 and realized we need a mount for the top of the lead screw to reduce wobble.

The idea was to fit a 608 bearing over the lead screw and looks like it works. We're still in the build process so I'll mark this as WIP, but it should work without issues.

I would think this could be used in any other printer that's built on 2020 Aluminum. The onshape file is @ https://cad.onshape.com/doc
