Tevo Tarantula Endstop Holder

This is a complete rework of Joncracker's endstop holder. I used the original for measurements and built a new sketchup source file.

Note that I haven't tested this extensively; I'm using it for a run of Nylon and haven't dialed in the printer to work with it yet. It does now look good in a 3D renderer and Makerware though.
