CTC Mightyboard Standoff

I decided to create a Mightyboard Standoff for my CTC printer to make removing the motherboard easier. You see, I'm a 'tinkerer', so I have already removed it once to install the Z axis rail mounts (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:692085), and again to install the missing Mosfet to control a PLA fan.
