This is a replacement thumb-stick for the Cheerson CX10 mini quadcopter controller/transmitter. The dimensions are modelled on the Turnigy/FlySky i6 (same thing) and the idea is that, by replacing your stock thumb-sticks with these, you build more specific muscle memory/movement patterns for when you start flying bigger and badder quads. That's the idea anyway..
The tolerance on the mounting hole is very tight so you might need to gradually bore it out until you get a good, tight fit.
