Parameterized HICTOP Y-Axis Idler Pulley Bearing Mount

I was attempting to resolve the problem of my GT2 belts grinding off pieces due to the poor stability of the standard acrylic Y-axis idler pulley bearing mount, and I explored the designs of Bogul (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1225670) and slobooger (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1386106). These were greatly improved, but they did not completely remove the belt grinding.
