iPhone 5 / SE Pokedex (beta)

This is based on the [Sparkfun Pokedex battery phone case project](https://www.sparkfun.com/news/2140).

EDIT December 14, 2016:
Added the Lavender Town repair ticket in both pdf and svg (for editing), as well as my modified weakness chart.

EDIT August 20, 2016:
Just found out that SE and 5 are the same size, so in theory it's compatible. That's kind of a relief, I was worried this was obsolete.
