An interchangeable Extruder Die system, designed to fit a NorthStar Clay Extruder.
Die Base dimensions - 110 x 110 x 11mm, fitting inside a chamber about 89mm across (3.5 inches)
Printed in PLA - Base at 20% infill, inset at 25%
To suspend the inside part of the die, use two 1/4 x 4 inch bolts. Before inserting bolts, drill out the holes in the base and the inset part with a 1/4 drill bit. This gives a tight fit for the holes, keeping the die inset from moving around while extruding
