MakerFarm Prusa i3 Servo Z Endstop

This is a replacement part for the MakerFarm Prusa i3 X carriage that adds the ability to mount a servo and microswitch to be used as the Z endstop. With this new "Z probe" the bed can be probed and autoleveled using the G29 function in Marlin.

The servo mount accepts an SG90 or MG90S 9g microservo. Insert the servo through the hole, add the printed arm (with the inset facing away from the servo), and insert the servo arm into the inset. Secure with the servo's screws and you're ready to go.
