Bucket-shaped Bulkhead

For attaching 3/8" ID clear vinyl tubing to a 5 gallon bucket. Drill 1/2" hole in bucket approximately 1.5" from outside bottom of bucket. Coat the convex base of the barb with E6000 and press firmly through hole from inside the bucket. Spin the barb in the hole to evenly distribute the E6000 between the base and the bucket forming a tight seal. Continue spinning until the fattest edge of the base is facing up. Allow base to dry before attaching washer so it won't spin as you position the washer
