Finial Obelisk (for PVC Halloween Fence)

This is a finial for [Halloween fences made from PVC pipe](http://www.instructables.com/id/Halloween-Cemetery-Fence/?ALLSTEPS). This particular model features an Egyptian-style Obelisk. It's a pretty simple shape, so it was quick to do, and I figured someone might want it.
