MakerFarm Pegasus E3D Titan Mount

A mount for the excellent [E3D Titan](http://e3d-online.com/Titan-Extruder) and MakerFarm Pegasus, with a [metal X carriage](http://www.makerfarm.com/index.php/3d-printer-kits/pegasus-metal-y-motor-x-motor-x-idler-and-x-carriage-upgrade.html), optionally, with an 18mm inductive probe mount.

I have provided versions both with and without the probe mount and both 20mm and 48mm long NEMA 17 motors. I use a 20mm pancake motor with the Titan. It works flawlessly and makes for a lighter X axis.
