Cardan Joint Effector Mount for Rostock Max v2

This is a bracket that slips over top of one of the tabs on the SeeMeCNC Rostock Max v2 effector and adds a Cardan Joint for a flexible tube. You could blow air or in this case I am experimenting with adding a spot light to highlight the print surface for an HD camera. Not sure if this is too much mass hanging off one side or not but we shall find out.
