IKEA MOMENT table spacer

This allows you to print a spare spacer separating the glass tabletop from the steel frame of the IKEA MOMENT table.

I rounded all measurements up to integer millimeter values. The original part was about 5% smaller in most dimensions.
My guess is that this is shrinkage from cooling (the original parts are injection molded plastic).
