standalone heatbed / ABS Vaping station

for those who want a heated bed but lack the facilities to do so without modification on their current printer setup (eg- printrite 3d diy printer users)

this design is originally made to give me a second heated bed surface that I can use to Acetone Vaper treat ABS parts away from the actual printers heatbed (alot safer than doing it on the printer HB as I can move the whole setup to somewhere with zero flame sources and better ventilation)
