Spool Holder for Wanhao i3 Plus to use Dremel Filament

The diameter of the spool is 18mm and the length after the cap is on is 56mm which gives a spool of filament for the Dremel Idea Builder enough room to roll freely. Uses existing M30x1.5 nut that comes with the spool holder for the Wanhao Dupicator i3 Plus.

Due to a couple requests I have added 2 more lengths. 70mm and 80mm after the cap is on. I'm not sure if this will reduce the strength. I'm open to making other revisions within reason.
