(3D Slash) bandsaw_insert modified for dust collec tion.

Based from the Zero Clearance insert by mjskier, added some holes in around blade slot hoping to capture some of the dust above the table. Haven't fished plumbing dust collection to the saw yet, so I won't be able to test it for a bit. Hoping it works.
