i3 Non-Adjustable Y Holder for GT2 & T2.5 SHORT

This is a low profile version of Mak-a-face's Non-Adjustable Y belt holder. I use an Anet A8 with a new i3 Aluminum Y Carriage Plate. (https://reprapchampion.com/collections/heated-beds/products/anodized-aluminum-y-carriage-plate-upgrade-v2-for-prusa-i3-reprap-3d-printer) I needed more clearance for the plate due to the center cross member of the A8.
