PanelDue mount for Alunar Prusa i3

For use with [PanelDue 7 inch display enclosure](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1606005).

This mount covers the area where the original display went and places the PanelDue above the printer.

I haven't put mounting holes in it. It's much easier to tape the mount where you want it then drill the holes using the original mounting holes as guides.
