Customizable Gear or double gear (V pattern) with optional pivot

This is something I grabbed from an OpenSCAN library file and customized it and added a few features. I also correct an alignment issue in the example in the file.

I didn't clean up the comments in the file yet. I changed the code only so far.

You can create one or two gears. The two gears are in a V or chevron pattern. You can reverse direction of the pattern, change the angle of the teeth and change the pivot radius (or omit it all together). You can also create a hole of any size too.
