My 3D printer had some clearances, and I wanted to eliminate them.
I found a model but it was a 24mm long, so I created a new one, with 45mm long, and with a little more space inside, to compensate the inner print deviation.
I have tested the prototype and it works very good...and bye bye clearances.
It works perfectly if you fit easy the bearing in the 8mm pole. To do this, you may need to apply some of heat in the pole, or inside the bearing. After that, you have to add some lubricant g
