Box Surface Area

This is an example of a box that can be created for the "Wrap It Up" 6th Grade geometry lesson.

The box consists of six pieces. The box has length, width, and height of 1 inch, 1.5 inches, and 0.5 inches. Total surface area of the whole box is 5.5 square inches.

The box can be held together by tape, rubber bands, or glue. The maker recommends tape.
