Customizable arm for Fan Duct and Hot End Mount

I wanted to connect the "Hot End Mount Generator" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1141659 but with a ordinary 40mm Fan Duct "Parametric fan duct for filament cooler" http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:607709 therefore I created this parametric connector.

You can shift / offset in 3 dimensions which you may likely need to avoid a servo arm
