Umbrella Holder Spacer

My new umbrella has a slender handle, and my new umbrella holder for my bicycle has a big cylindrical slot to hold the handle. So the screw-in, spring-loaded thingie that holds the umbrella handle tight can't tighten enough to hold it. Hence this simple design that sits in the cylinder and effectively makes it smaller.
