Prusa i3 Z-axis top bearing holder

One of my threaded rod bearings kept popping out. I tried glue and it worked for a while, then it popped out again.

I designed this part in Autodesk 123D Design to replace the smooth rod holder with this piece that acts as a holder for both the smooth and threaded rods.
