Could not find anything similar already made so thought i'd give it a shot.

This attachment fits regular sized glass Snapple bottle. Fill it with water and put it in your garden for automatic watering.

*Waters your plants perfectly for up to 2 weeks at a time
*Just fill with water and press in soil
*Takes the guess work out of watering your plants
*Can be used for house plants,
