Hinge Mount for Dual Articulated Ball Joint Fan Mount

Simply changed ei8htohms' design to mount using a M3 nut and bolt for used with my extruder printed from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119616

And changed it so the nuts are not encased in the arms.

Uses 40mm fans.
