Dolly wheel

This is a basic dolly wheel that uses 2 [skateboard bearings](https://www.warehouseskateboards.com/images/diagram-skate-bearings.png).

I created it for a raspberry pi robot.

To get the bearing into the top part you should have to press it in using either a vice or a hammer. It is designed to be tight.
