I3 MK2 Style Ramps 1.4 enclosure

I made a Prusa I3 MK2 but using a 1.4 ramps instead of the mini rambo! Here is my case version 1.4 to install ramps with 40mm fan.
Fixing holes are planned to be mounted on a classic Prusa I3 frame.
