Stock Rostock Max V2 Effector Platform - Fan Shroud Combo

Not willing yet to invest in the new ball and socket style arms, I remixed the file to accommodate the stock, injection molded U-joint effector arms. The retainer clips also needed to be redone to not strike the fan shrouds.
