Titan Extruder Adaptor for Sigma3D Including X Carriage

This is an adaptor to use Titan Extruder by E3D on Sigma3D printer . Tha adaptor has been modified from Thomas Sanlanderer's design ( http://toms3d.org/2016/04/24/review-e3d-titan-as-a-super-light-extruder/ ) . A modified X carriage is also included. The carriage has holes for mounting the extruder and also for BLTouch sensor. The original design of the carriage (and of the Sigma3D printer) is done by ozgurtheking.
