K8400 - Dual Extruder upgrade to print flexible filaments NinjaFlex, FilaFlex, ...

I did the same job as http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:854608
but I have a dual head, so now one is direct an the other is bowden.

I did not change the hot end only modified one of the two hotend plastic part by drilling the top @ 4mm and then use PTFE directly, with exactly thhe same principal.

I used the already existing extruder parts but the right extruder (upside down).

Doing so and using the wiring of hotend 2 in hotend 1 no need to tweek the Firrmware stuff to reverse
