2-in-1 Cable and Filament Guide for Prusa i3 EG-1

I needed a guide that could keep both cable and filament tidy. Current models on Thingiverse were designed for Prusa i3's with a single-panel frame, but ElectronicGeek's [EG-1](https://www.electronicgeek.ca/products/reprap-prusa-i3-3d-printer-diy-kit-canada?variant=17581606403) had a second panel to hold the LCD control panel in-place. Also, none of the existing models were created for double duty.
