OpenForge 2.0 Tudor External Door (Cross Beams)

Continuing with the External Tudor theme, as I work my around on the top floor of the tavern I'm constructing, the next tile needed is an external door.

Be sure to print out for the 2x tiles a lintel and a door, and for the 3 or 4x tiles, a double lintel and two of the double doors.
