Double bearing parametric universal spool holder

I modded the original, to support two bearings, for vertical spool holders.

Bear in mind, that you want to use a rod_d of at least 11, probably more like 13 if you are using 608 bearings. This ensures that the inner race of the bearing doesn't rub.
