Maybe you have to grind the Connection a little bit, depending how well your printer is calibrated. Die theoretical distance betwenn the joint is 0.1mm.
Before printing you can adjust this distance.

I printed at 0.2 and 0.3mm height, and both came out nice.
I think the Concentric Infill at 20-40% from Simplify3D worked best.
You should set the Outline shells to at least 3.
