Solidoodle Dial Indicator Rail Mount

I had lots of trouble trying to get a dial indicator to mount to my Solidoodle carriage and give consistent readings of the bed level. I finally realized I shouldn't even try.

This is a dial indicator mount that attaches directly to the X axis rails on a Solidoodle 2 (and maybe 3 if the rail separation is the same, but the openscad file is included for tweaking if you need to).

I've experimented with this a little, and can't think of any more ways to improve it, so I'm calling it done
