Adjustable Stopper for 2015 Seej Catapult

Figured I would share this gem I whipped up for the Seej game catapult that allows some adjustment to the trajectory of the projectile. I used the catapult and flag in a [variation](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1719132) of Seej. You will want to print this in flexible filament.
