Rostrong(er) Magnetic Effector for Prometheus Hotend

This is a work in progress and is untested as of yet.

Uses 15x20 magnets pushed through from the underside (http://www.banggood.com/Big-Super-Strong-Round-Disc-Cylinder-Magnet-D-15-x-20-mm-p-947979.html).

The main fan for the Prometheus is mounted low with curved ducts to direct the air upwards away from the print.

Uses a blower fan that can be angled out of the way for ease of cleaning and is height adjustable. The radial hotend cooler is a remix.
