This is a derivative of a file that I found on Sketchfab that has been significantly cleaned up and changed to a closed manifold part. Barack Obama by Louis is licensed under CC Attribution https://skfb.ly/EKGF. The file was originally done by the Smithsonian and not released in 3D however Louis was able to use frame captures of their video file to produce the 3D file.
