Door Bell Button Replacement

My door bell button broke over a year ago and I finally got around to making a replacement part. I added my house number as a customisation point but also loaded a blank one if anyone else is looking for this part.

Very simple design that took me all of 15 min. to put create in SketchUp. Feel free to use and or modify.
