This is a mount I created for my Folger Tech 2020 i3 printer with V-Slot axis. This one includes the drive block, which I chose not to use. Check my other one for an option of using the original FT MK8 extruder.
If you want to use this, you'll need to print the other parts for the drive block from the original thing. Check the source section for the link.
The sensor mount is for an 18mm sensor.
