RepRapPro Mendel Wade/J Head adapter plate

This is a converter plate to allow a bolt on upgrade for the Mendel, Should allow a Wade/J Head subassembly to be mounted directly to the existing x-carriage. Requires removal of original x-carriage front plate.

Not tested yet but the weight of the motor should be approx over the centre.
