This is a slip on scope throw lever extension made specifically for the Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x rifle scope.
It is a close compression fit so it is unlikely to work with any other scope brand/model. However if you have a specific scope in mind that you would like me to try to configure the model for let me know what diameter you think the lever would need to be and I can re-upload a modified version for you.
