624 bearing X Y belt idler for Mendelmax 1.5

For GT2 20 teeth pulley, 608 is too big. So I made 624 version. For x-axis, I just prepared adapter for M4 nut. To make the belt parallel, beefed belt clamp is required. I combined belt clamp with 40mm fan mount.
