Kraken holder for K8200

Remake of belgiand3d's kraken holder.
The initial version was flexing a bit too much for my taste so i added some details to make it more sturdy.

I also introduced the possibility of removing the Kraken from the support without removing the water (or bowden) tubes. Anyone who's tried pulling them off knows why.

Also added a few extra holes for mounting of periferals (or to zip-tie the harnesses).
