Wanhao i3 Melzi to MKS Gen adapter

Adapter for swapping out the stock Melzi control board for a MKS Gen control board in the V1 Wanhao i3 printer.

I printed mine out of PETG and the Gen board mounted with M4 X 10 screws, but my printer over-extrudes a little so you may need to use longer screws with M4 nuts on the bottom if the M4 screws won't thread into the holes.
